In case you have been wondering what we have been up to the past little while we have spent the past four days launching our new range at DESIGN:MADE:TRADE at the Royal Exhibition Building.
We were invited by Craft Victoria to participate in one of three stands that they were presenting and each stand featured four makers. To be honest we were so flattered just to get the phone call by Craft Vic as we are massive fans of their organisation.
Below is an image of our stand it was hard deciding how to curate such a small space but we did our best and we think it conveyed what Harvest Textiles is about. Most of the new range will be available online by the weekend and we will post an updated stockist list in the coming weeks.
We shared our stand with three fantastic Melbourne Makers who we really enjoyed getting to know over the four days. We were next to the gorgeous Lisa aka Kearnsie whose whimsical pieces are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Two of our favourites are the hello badges below.

The lovely ladies Jitske and Lichen from Sunday Morning Designs had some of their amazing pillow cases and stationary on display. It was lovely to gaze at Dylan's illustrations over the four days - they just get better and better with time.

And the talented couple at Klei who make beautiful pottery, clothing and jewellery in a lovely signature colour palette. They have an online store where you can buy this stunning necklace.........
Thanks again to Greg and Leila for being our wood suppliers - you guys are rad!
Thanks also to Lettuce and Ink and Spindle for the loan of various equipment (I can't believe we needed to borrow so much stuff for our tiny spot?!)
And a big gold star to Jessie for convincing Lara to screen print all our boxes - you were oh so right love - they looked amazing.
You can check out more stall pics including us painting the stall on the Handmadelife blog and we even made it onto the Design Files - Lucy did a highlights rundown of the DESIGN:MADE:TRADE and popped some of our pics in. Thanks Lucy & Bec!
We have had a great few weeks of Melbourne Design events, now excuse us while we put our printing aprons on and get all that stock made .....
